Soft and sweet. Toasted nuts and milk chocolate with just a hint of citrus. Exceptionally smooth in the finish.
Harvested at Black Rock farms in Kona, a recently planted 10 acre coffee farm overlooking Kealakekua bay we manage.
A variation on washed processing, this batch was pulped cherries fermented in a sealed container Anaerobically (without oxygen) with with yeasts.
The results are an exceptionally clean and smooth coffee. Sweeter, and fuller in mouthfeel with an enhanced acidity.
