Its integrity holds beautifully in cappuccinos and lattes, yet it also stands alone as a refined straight espresso. Espresso Nuevo is the cornerstone of our espresso offerings: bold enough for modern milk beverages, yet balanced enough to remain timeless across brewing styles. A daily indulgence for those who value both craft and consistency.
For the most harmonious cup, we recommend the following as a starting point:
Espresso: 18–20g dose, yielding 36–40g in 25–30 seconds.
Milk beverages: Pair a double shot with silky-textured milk for cappuccino or latte.
Alternative methods: Grind slightly coarser for pour-over or immersion brews, where its chocolate depth and caramel sweetness carry through beautifully.
Cold brew: Steep 1:8 overnight for a smooth, refreshing expression of paradise.

We recommend a pump-driven machine that can reach at least 9 bars of pressure. Avoid steam-driven models.
Start with freshly roasted espresso beans. Grind them to a fine setting. Use 18-20 grams for a double shot and tamp evenly with firm pressure. Set your machine to 195°F-205°F (90°C-96°C). Aim for a 25-30 second extraction time. Taste and adjust the grind, dose, and extraction time as needed.
Focus on balance. Well-extracted espresso has sweetness, acidity, and bitterness in harmony.
Medium roasts work well to develop sweetness while retaining origin character. Dark roasts add body.
Backflush your espresso machine at least weekly. Disassemble and deep clean every few months.
