Cancellation policy

Paradise Coffee Roasters provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you
accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit
card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until
you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

Refunds on Subscriptions

If you are deeply unsatisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund. If you have already received the subscription order, you will NOT be able to received a refund if your request is greater than 14 days from the day the product is shipped.

The customer subscribing is responsible for the cancelation or continuation for the entirety of the subscription. 

Please contact us at hello@paradiseroasters.com, explain your situation, and customer service will assist you as best as possible. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
