Uluwehi Farms is a new farm planted 2 years ago in Holualoa, Kona at 1800ft elevation. The farm is planted half with Red Bourbon, half with SL34. Both varieties grown from seeds from trees Miguel selected for planting and the Hula Daddy Waiono farm a decade ago. The farm was planted by and is maintained by Kraig Lee of Kona farm direct.
We processed this coffee using an Anaerobic washed process which intensified the fruit flavors and gives the coffee a full, silky mouthfeel.
