Peach citrus and berries in the aroma, giving way to cream, mango and rose in the cup. sweet and rounded with a complex finish

"Complexly fruit-driven with subtle savory underpinnings. Strawberry guava, banana, cocoa nib, honeysuckle, hints of goat cheese in aroma and cup. Richly aromatic, deeply sweet with bright, juicy acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. The deep-toned finish elegantly extends the character of the cup."
"A lyrically composed, intricately balanced, multi-layered Red Bourbon from Kona that rewards drinkers at every level of engagement."
Uluwehi Farms is a new farm planted 2 years ago in Holualoa, Kona at 1800ft elevation. The farm is planted half with Red Bourbon, half with SL34. Both varieties grown from seeds from trees Miguel selected for planting and the Hula Daddy Waiono farm a decade ago. The farm was planted by and is maintained by Kraig Lee of Kona farm direct.
We processed this coffee using an Anaerobic washed process which intensified the fruit flavors and gives the coffee a full, silky mouthfeel.
