Tasting Notes
Soft and sweet. Pink Guava, Strawberry and milk chocolate with just a hint of citrus. Exceptionally smooth in the finish.
Background Info
Harvested at Black Rock farms in Kona, a recently planted 10 acre coffee farm overlooking Kealakekua bay we manage.
A variation on washed processing, this batch was pulped cherries fermented with yeasts to enhance the fruit characteristics of the cup.
The results are an exceptionally clean and smooth coffee. Sweeter, and fuller in mouthfeel with an enhanced acidity.
