Roasting Tuesday, December 17th. Light Roast. Tropical and floral aromas lead into a sweet, dessert like cup. Notes of strawberry, pineapple, guava, and milk chocolate. For the past 3 years Miguel has been experimenting with yeasts in fermentation and developed a new process that produces a more intense and complex cup than traditional 'wild' fermentation methods.
