Kona Geisha Blanc — Washed Light Roast

Now available. Browse our current available Geisha coffee beans

A rare and radiant Hawaiian Geisha coffee from the misty slopes of Kona.
Bright and luminous, our Kona Geisha Blanc reveals the crystalline clarity and citrus-floral character that define the world's most celebrated coffee variety—reimagined through the volcanic terroir of Hawai‘i's Big Island.

Origins & Elevation: Noelani Farm, North Kona

High above the town of Hōlualoa, Noelani Farm cultivates Geisha trees at roughly 2,500 feet—the highest reaches of the Kona district. The cool, cloud-shrouded climate evokes Boquete, Panama, birthplace of Geisha's legend, yet the result is unmistakably Hawaiian: luminous, tropical, and serene.

This lot is a blend of Spring 2026 harvests, gathered across Noelani Farm's Geisha plantings to create a bright, consistent expression of the estate's signature terroir.

Character & Style: Bright, Vivid, Crystalline

Fragrant notes of peach, bergamot, and grapefruit zest rise from the cup.
On the palate, ripe passionfruit and strawberry unfold in vivid sequence, finishing crisp and citrus-bright.
A coffee of clarity and lift—vibrant and precise, like its namesake Blanc.

Craft & Process: The Blanc Washed Method

A precision washed technique from Paradise Coffee Roasters, inspired by the crisp clarity of a fine white wine.
Whole cherries are pulped immediately after harvest, then fermented with wine yeasts under careful control—preserving brightness and definition rather than the deep fruit character of extended skin contact.
The result is a cleaner, more luminous cup: crystalline acidity and layered stone fruit and citrus tones that define Kona Geisha Blanc.

Acclaim

Noelani Farm's Geisha program has already earned back-to-back 96-Point scores from Coffee Review for Kona Geisha Rosé and Kona Geisha Cold Ferment—two of the highest-rated coffees ever produced in Hawai‘i. Kona Geisha Blanc carries that same lineage forward, grown from the same trees and terroir, with its own review pending.

A Moment of Paradise: How to Enjoy

Best savored slowly—by pour-over or delicate immersion—to reveal its bright citrus aromatics and crystalline sweetness. Whether shared at sunrise or enjoyed in quiet reflection, Kona Geisha Blanc invites clarity, vibrance, and a renewed sense of wonder in every cup.
