Returns & Exchanges
In general, we do not accept returns. Since coffee is a perishable food, we cannot ensure the sanitation of returned coffees.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are deeply unsatisfied with your item, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at hello@paradiseroasters.com, explain your situation, and customer service will assist you as best as possible. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds on Subscriptions
If you are deeply unsatisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund. If you have already received the subscription order, you will NOT be able to received a refund. The customer subscribing is responsible for the cancelation or continuation for the entirety of the subscription.
Please contact us at hello@paradiseroasters.com, explain your situation, and customer service will assist you as best as possible. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at hello@paradiseroasters.com and send your item to: 250 Keawe St, Hilo, HI 96720.
