A once-a-year invitation into the rarest coffees we can find, or grow.

Pinnacle is Paradise Coffee Roasters' most exclusive offering: six extraordinary lots across a full year, arriving once every two months, each one chosen without compromise. This is where our sourcing reach and our own roasting mastery meet — Panama Geishas from legendary estates, coffees won at competitive online auctions, and the single most limited micro-lots we produce ourselves from Kona and Ka'ū soil. Everything on it is selected because it is extraordinary.

Enrollment for 2027 is prepaid, once, for the full year — 6 shipments, no renewals to manage, no coffee missed.

What You'll Receive

• 6  Light-roast coffees across 2027, one arriving every two months
• A rotating lineup drawn from three sources, never repeated within the year:
  • Panama Geisha — sourced from the estates that defined the variety on the world stage - Hacienda La Esmeralda, Elida Estate
  • Auction lot coffees — rare lots secured through competitive cup-quality auctions, available in quantities too small for general release
  • Our own rarest Hawai'i micro-lots — the single best, most limited harvests we produce ourselves in Kona and Ka'ū, often only a few dozen pounds in existence
• Full tasting notes, origin story, and processing detail with every shipment
• A collector's record of the year — six coffees that will not be repeated

2027 Pinnacle Membership

Payment is collected once, in full, to secure your place in an intentionally limited allocation — these lots exist in quantities that cannot support open-ended enrollment. Subscription price includes the cost of FedEx 2 day shipping.

Pinnacle 2027 is capped by the coffee itself — we will have 15lb total of each lot to allocate reserving the rest for test roasts, Coffee Review submissions, and tasting room pours. Enrollment closes the moment that volume is reached, regardless of headcount.

Pinnacle Privileges

Joining Pinnacle does more than reserve your coffee for the year:

• Automatic VIP status. Every Pinnacle member is added to our VIP customer list the moment they enroll.
• First access, always. When any new limited-lot coffee arrives outside the Pinnacle lineup — a surprise micro-lot, an unexpected auction win, an early harvest sample — Pinnacle members are offered it before anyone else.
• Invitation to our private bidding group. Beyond even Pinnacle sits a tier of coffee we don't stock — lots from the world's most storied auctions, including Best of Panama, Hacienda La Esmeralda, and the Lamastus family auctions. These lots often carry price points beyond what any subscription can reasonably include, and quantities measured in single bags rather than cases. Pinnacle members are invited into a private group with early notice and priority access when we choose to bid on these coffees on our members' behalf — a door that stays closed to everyone else.

How the Bidding Group Works

When a coffee from Best of Panama, Hacienda La Esmeralda, or a Lamastus family auction becomes available, invited members indicate the volume they want and the price ceiling they're comfortable bidding to. If our group's bid wins, payment is due within 15 days of the auction closing. Winning lots typically arrive for roasting and shipping about 60 days after the auction — these are among the freshest, most exceptional coffees you'll ever taste, moving from online auction to your cup in roughly two months.

Pinnacle is built for the collector, the dedicated coffee enthusiast, the customer who wants to taste the pinnacle of what coffee can be — and who wants first call on whatever rare lot we uncover next, up to and including coffees we haven't found yet.
