While over 90% of Kona coffee is Typica, our selections go further. You’ll encounter varieties such as:
Maragogype, Yellow Caturra, SL34, Bourbon, Kaffa, and more—shown through the lens of Hawai‘i’s unique terroirs.

Processing Methods You Won’t Find Elsewhere

Most island coffees are traditionally washed, but we feature a rotating range of processes, including:

• Lactic Acid Bacteria Fermentations

These methods bring out flavor dimensions rarely associated with Hawaiian coffees.

Grown Through Partnerships, Crafted With Intention

Every coffee comes from growers we work closely with. Many lots are processed by us from the cherry stage using proprietary methods tailored to Hawai‘i’s climate and varieties.
