CAFEC Flower Dripper Deep 27 (Tritan)

Designed for the Perfect Single Cup

The CAFEC Flower Dripper Deep 27 is engineered specifically for brewing a single exceptional cup of pour-over coffee. Its 27° cone angle creates a deeper coffee bed, improving extraction balance, sweetness, and clarity.

Unlike wider drippers designed for multiple cups, the Deep 27 is optimized for small brew doses (8–12g of coffee). Simply pour into the center and the dripper’s geometry helps maintain stable flow and even extraction.

Made from durable BPA-free Tritan™ copolyester, it offers excellent heat resistance, clarity, and long-term durability.

For best results, pair with CAFEC Abaca+ Deep 27 filters, designed specifically to maintain airflow and consistent drawdown.

How to Brew with the Deep 27 (Single Cup Recipe)

Designed specifically for one cup, this recipe highlights the Deep 27’s ability to maintain balanced extraction and sweetness.

Dose: 10g coffee
Water: 160ml
Water Temperature: 93°C
Total Brew Time: ~2:00

Pour Structure (4 Pours)

  1. 0:00 — Pour to 40ml

  2. 0:30 — Pour to 80ml

  3. 1:00 — Pour to 120ml, then gently swirl to settle the coffee bed

  4. 1:30 — Pour to 160ml

Allow the coffee to draw down fully. Total brew time should finish around 2:00

We target 1.40% TDS and Extraction of 19-21%


Brewing Notes

  • Pour steadily into the center or a gentle circular motion avoiding touching the outside edge of the coffee bed. 

  • Maintain consistent flow rate between pours

  • A gentle swirl after the third pour helps even extraction

  • Grind slightly finer than for other cone or flat bottom drippers. Adjust grind  finer or coarser as needed to stay near the target time
