Cafec Flower Dripper (4 Cup)

A simple, well-designed pour over dripper that makes it easier to brew consistently great coffee.

This is the dripper we use daily in our Hilo shop.

Why We Use It

Most drippers aren’t that different—but this one gets a few things right.

• Promotes a more even flow through the coffee bed
• Easier to control than most cone drippers
• Produces clean, balanced cups with good clarity

Works especially well with Caféc Abaca filters.

• Compatible with standard V60 / 02 cone filters
• We recommend:
  • Caféc Abaca filters 

Brew Guide (What We Use in the Shop)

Dose: 15g
Water: 250mL

Water Temp:
Light Roast: 95°C  ---  Medium Roast: 92ºC  ---  Dark Roast: 90°C

Pour Structure

0:00 → 50g (bloom)
0:30 → 150g
1:10 → 250g

Swirl gently after final pour

Total brew time: 2:15–2:30

Quick Tips

Focus on these three things:

• Steady pours (3–4 g/sec)
• Avoid pouring on filter edges
• Stay within total brew time
