Balance personified. hints of flowers and citrus in the aroma lead into a cup with a brown Sugar-like sweetness and a lush mouthfeel. notes ofPapaya and Cashew linger after the last sip. Not a hugely bright coffee, but just enough acidity to support the other elements of the cup.

This coffee took 1st Place in the 2023 Kona Cupping competition Crown division and was awarded the Kona Heritage award. The judges noted flavors of Black cherry, Brown Sugar, Flowers, and Tropical Fruit.
