This coffee started out as a traditional Kona Washed Typica which we fermented with the addition of sugar and Hawaii Island grown spices. Cinnamon, cloves, Ginger, and Nutmeg. After fermentation the coffee was re-dried to 10% moisture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee tastes un-like any other, from Kona or anywhere.
