Colombia Tolima - Israel Hernandez Washed
In 2016 Israel planted 1200 trees of the Geisha variety at his Farm -Finca Buenos Aires at 1800m in the Tolima region. Harvested in October - December he pulped and dry fermented the geisha cherries before drying them on raised screens inside a green house.

El Salvador Chalatenango - Marta Yaneth Lemus - Geisha Natural
Marta has a small 2 acre farm called San Antonio at 1500m in the Chalatenango region where she grows Geisha and Pacamara varieties. She dried this coffee as whole ripe cherries on raised screens.

Costa Rica Coffea Diversa -Geisha Washed
Gonzalo Hernandez likes to brag that he’s amassed the world’s largest private collection of coffees trees: more than two hundred species, botanical varieties, mutations and cultivars that grow on his exotic Costa Rican “coffee garden”, Coffea Diversa. His collection includes some of the rarest in the world -- coffees many have neither heard of nor tasted.
