In December 2023, we featured their Kona Cupping competition-winning Extra Fancy. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lot harvested December 2024 was processed as an Anaerobic washed coffee. Cherries were pulped on the evening of harvest, then fermented for 60 hours in a sealed  container, and dried in a mechanical drying machine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCompared to the Extra Fancy, this coffee has slightly more acidity and more rounded and creamy mouthfeel.
