Tasted side by side, they show how origin, terroir and processing shape the world's most celebrated coffee variety. Roasted to order in Hilo, Hawaii.

What's Inside

Four 4oz bags of whole bean coffee (16oz total), packed in a presentation gift box.

Panama El Salto Geisha Washed
The classic benchmark. From the Suárez family in El Salto, high on the slopes of Volcán Barú in Boquete. Jasmine, white peach, bergamot, cane sugar and black tea, with a silky, tea-like finish.

Guatemala Geisha Corona — Coffea Diversa
A rare Geisha selection from the Coffea Diversa coffee garden in Suchitán, Guatemala, known for the small "crown" on the end of its cherries. Washed. Luminous florals, stone fruit and Meyer lemon with bright, refined acidity.

Kona Geisha Rosé Washed
Rated 97 points by Coffee Review. From Noelani Farm, at about 2,500 feet above Hōlualoa in North Kona. Orange blossom, white tea and watermelon, with pink lemonade and honey on the palate.

Kaʻū Geisha Anaerobic Natural — Miranda Farms
1st Place, 2026 Best of Hawaiʻi Cupping Competition. Grown on the southern slopes of Mauna Loa and processed as an anaerobic natural. Starfruit, mixed berries and lemon-lime candy, with a silky, syrupy body.

A Geisha Tasting Flight

Geisha first gained worldwide fame in Panama, and it is still the variety by which great coffees are measured. This box lets you taste that standard and then follow Geisha to new places. The two washed coffees from Panama and Guatemala show the variety at its most transparent. The Kona Rosé shows how Hawaiʻi's volcanic soils and misty, high-elevation climate express Geisha. The Kaʻū anaerobic natural shows what controlled fermentation adds: deeper fruit, more sweetness and more body.

For the best comparison, brew all four the same way and taste them in this order: Panama, Guatemala, Kona, then Kaʻū, moving from the most delicate cup to the most intense.

A Gift for Coffee Lovers

Whether it's for a longtime Geisha collector or someone tasting Geisha for the first time, this box makes a memorable gift. Each bag is roasted to order, so every coffee arrives fresh.

Brewing Recommendations

Geisha coffees are best brewed with methods that emphasize clarity and aromatics:

Pour-over (V60, Origami, Kalita Wave)
Flat-bottom brewers for balanced sweetness

Brew at 200–205°F with a medium-fine grind. Serve in a tulip-shaped cup or wine glass to fully experience the aromatics.
