It began life as a very traditional tasting Washed Kona Typica like our \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/paradiseroasters.com\/products\/kona-classic-black-rock-farm\"\u003eKona Classic Medium\u003c\/a\u003e. We fermented the green beans in a solution containing grape juice, wine yeasts, and Oak, essentially making a red wine around around the green beans. After fermentation the coffee is re-dried.
