Soft and sweet. Plum, Toasted coconut and dark chocolate with just a hint of citrus. Exceptionally smooth in the finish.
A blend of pulped fermentations of Classic Typica variety coffees from small farms in Kona. The coffees are fermented with wine yeasts which adds hints of tropical fruit flavors to the natural nutty sweetness of the Typica grown here. Roasted just dark enough to soften the acidity and add a layer of dark chocolate to the experience.

Blind Assessment: Deeply sweet, chocolaty. Chocolate fudge, magnolia, almond brittle, gently scorched sandalwood, marshmallow in aroma and cup. Bittersweet structure with gentle, round acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish with almond and sandalwood undertones."
